Spring into September!

Another month rolls around, and September is always an exciting one in the Apple world! We have Apple’s annual September event to look forward to, with new iPhones, Apple Watch updates and the release of all the latest software - so there’s certainly plenty happening this month.

We’re also heading into spring, with a welcome change in the weather, and starting to approach the “pointy end” of the year when things always seem to get that little bit busier.

September is definitely going to be a month to watch, so keep an eye on the MacWizardry website throughout the month for all the latest Apple news and updates as they happen.

MacWizardry turns 25!

This year marks a very special milestone for MacWizardry as the business celebrates 25 years of providing Apple sales, support and advice throughout Perth and Western Australia. What started back in May 2001 as a small local business has grown into a trusted source of Apple expertise for hundreds of individuals, families and businesses over the years. Looking back, it's incredible to think how much technology has changed - from the early Power Mac and iMac days through to today's Apple Silicon Macs, iPhones, iPads and cloud-based services. I'd like to sincerely thank all of my clients, both past and present, for their continued support, referrals and loyalty over the past quarter of a century.

Reaching 25 years in business is something I'm extremely proud of, and I look forward to continuing to help clients get the most out of their Apple technology for many years to come.

Next Apple event announced - “Surprise and shine” - September 10th

Apple has officially announced its next special event, “Surprise and Shine,” taking place on Wednesday, September 9 in the US — or 1:00am Thursday, September 10 for us here in Perth. The event will be streamed live from Apple Park and is expected to feature Apple’s next generation of iPhones, along with other new products and updates.

As usual, you’ll be able to watch the event live through Apple’s website, the Apple TV app and YouTube — although Perth viewers may prefer to catch up over breakfast rather than staying up until 1am!

I’ll be up watching the event live and will update the MacWizardry website with all the latest announcements shortly afterwards. Watch this space for all the news!
